Terrible support
Bought an Ender 3 Pro from an authorized vendor. Worked great for a week before bed warp issues started. Vendor says to contact Creality, Creality says contact vendor. I would recommend avoiding Creality until they can come up with a fix for the warp issues. Update: After a few emails, they no longer respond. Seems like Creality does not care about the consumer. Shop around before you buy.
