Untransparent charging
I agree with earlier reviewers that the charging on this website is not transparent. I was under the impression that the initial £39 that you pay to contact your first teacher would cover the cost of the first class. Far from it. The money is a platform user fee, and you will never see it again, whether or not you subsequently subscribe to lessons.
