Swindelers
First of all english is not my native tongue so sorry for grammar errors. Bought a phone from them for my brother as a chrismas gift in september, the delivery was very late i first got the phone in january which im pretty angry about, i wrote their support many messages for weeks and they just sendt a tracking number. then after finaly recieving the phone and giving it to my brother in january, my brother then accedently put his simcard in the simcard slot without the tray and it got stuck(he is not the best with tech) which is also why im getting him a phone which is sturdy. i then contact their support again, i write the numerous messages over a few months but recieve no answer at all. so now im stuck with a brand new phone which cant be used, i even wrote them ill gladly pay for repairs of a replacement phone, but no answer at all. dont buy from these people they just take your money and if anything is wrong with the phone they will ignore you. worst experience ever.
