Scammers they are!
Loads of nonsense — the positive reviews are clearly fake. Be careful. All my family members received compensation for a cancelled flight, but mine was denied with the excuse that “not everyone is that lucky.” To make matters worse, even after 2–3 years, they still keep emailing me about it.
