Total shambles
Total shambles. Insurance company gave them job in August took till December to get work started. Man fitted flooring in one day so didn’t want to come back do skirting. Then accused us of not having real skirting (lucky we had kept it to prove it ) still not been back . Flooring bouncy and new underlay wasn’t used till I said about it halfway through job. Chasing them daily having to do all the work .
