Absolute shocking company
Absolute shocking company. Bought a vacuum less than two years ago and worked lovely until it would not charge. Checked for any blockages or dirty terminals etc. still wouldn’t charge so contacted the company who gave me a check list which I had done all but done it again and still won’t charge I have sent ten or more emails and I get no response. It’s still under warranty but what good is it if the company ignores you My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY
