I fell through the Looking Glass

The tracking says the package was picked up on Aug. 7th. On Aug. 16th (!!!) it finally left the carrier. On Aug. 17th it left the carrier. Again. On Aug. 18th it left the carrier twice, once at 4:51 AM and again at 8:39 AM. Then it rested for three days from all the hard work of repeatedly leaving the same carrier over and over again and on Aug. 21 tried to leave again. I am waiting with baited breath to see if my brave little package actually manages to leave the carrier this time. When I asked the (very nice) seller what the heck this means, I received a reply that SF Express (talk about false advertising!) said that due to Covid 19 they have to disinfect the package many times!!!

Pleasant surprise

I was actually very happy with everything involving my (albeit small) purchase from them. It arrived in the expected time, if you know how mail from China works. The customer service responded very fast, pleasantly and helpfully to emails, and the product (silk thread) is exactly as described with beautiful shades, as depicted. Fortunately, since it was a small purchase, I didn't bother to check reviews, until after the fact. I probably wouldn't have bought it otherwise, so glad I didn't. No additional shipping charges either. But again, it was a very small and light package.
