Poor.
Delivery date keeps changing and the customer service is poor. They won’t start making the dress until I confirm I’m okay with it coming later than expected but you can’t reply to the email you have to go through the web chat and wait for a response via email. Ridiculous. Now we have to find another dress for my daughters prom and have no idea if this one will even eventually turn up! Don’t expect much from the customer services team via we chat either because they can’t answer any questions and they then make a “ticket” for someone to respond to you via email ( which you can not respond to even when they are asking for your response! ) and then information emailed to you is incorrect!! Never again
