Outstanding support even when the fault wasn't theirs
Excellent technical support from EcoFlow. I had an issue with my batteries: they would suddenly discharge, always at the same time in the early hours of the morning. We thought it might be a calibration issue, and EcoFlow support was helpful throughout, offering me solutions and guiding me through the entire diagnostic process. In the end, by monitoring power consumption, we discovered that the problem came from a third-party device that, due to a firmware bug, was drawing excessive power. Even though the fault wasn't theirs, the EcoFlow team never stopped helping me with patience and professionalism. Highly recommended.
