Misleading Origins, Subpar Formulation: Why This Fragrance Brand Falls Short
On the surface, the buying experience promises modern convenience: a quick order process and quick dispatch notifications. But what follows is a classic case of bait-and-switch commerce. Beneath the slick digital facade lies an overseas drop-shipping operation. The company conceals the fact that its products are manufactured in China and lacks local warehousing, resulting in a frustrating two-week shipping delay. When the package finally arrives, the product fails to deliver. The deodorant sticks are dry, harsh, and difficult to apply. While the scent is tolerable, the company’s heavy promotional claims border on outright misrepresentation. Reselling cheap, mass-manufactured goods at luxury price points while masquerading as a premium fragrance brand is a disservice to consumers. I’m rating this 2/5 stars only because their customer service team owned up to hiding the product’s origins on their site and apologized. While their honesty after the fact is appreciated, better products and genuine domestic infrastructure are sorely needed.
