If I could give this company zero I would. I placed my order on the 12th of May and they still haven’t sent it to me. They ignore every email I send. I had a duplicate pair of jeans in my order – I asked them to change one pair to Black and keep one pair of Blue that was ignored as well. I then tried to edit the order myself but everything is glitchy so I’ve ended up just with one pair of black in my order when I really would've preferred blue if I knew this would happen. Even worse I paid extra for speedy delivery. I don’t think this orders is ever going to come and they are sat on £588 of my money and I bought all this stuff to go on holiday in a few weeks time so it’s been the one of worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Still deciding whether it’s just a fake website and they don’t actually have stock - perhaps this review or push them into find me replying explaining and sending my order miracles can happen I guess… absolutely DISGUSTED Hello Thank you for your reply but still nothing sorted! I can’t understand why you are still sitting on the stock you can send me - split the order into out of stock (send later) and make it a priority to get this out asap!! 95 % of my emails are ignored - there is no excuse!
