Never Again
First order was just a pair of pants and everything was ok. Still slower than any other similar service, still no communication regarding the actual shipping terms, but it took about two weeks from order to delivery. With the second order, things went South. Four items ordered and paid for on August 13th. Still no shipment till today, multiple AI agents offering coupons and lame excuses and promises nobody seems to respect. I just hope they are actually still operating because I truly want the purchased items, but I will never order or recommend anyone to again.
