I ordered my drone in October 2018 with the flymore kit Received drone within 2 weeks but also received a note with the order stating that 4 of the items in the flymore kit were back order and would receive the rest (they sent a list of items back ordered) I have sent countless emails trying to resolve the issue but have not received any information via email or phone call It’s now the end of March and have not received a thing I’m not sure if drone-world is a reliable company They get your money and don’t care about customers or customer service everyone who asks me ware I got my drone from I tell them I made a big mistake and got it from Drone-World the most unprofessional drone company out there So my recommendation would go through DJI unless you want to go through all i’ve been through NOT WORTH IT I would give 0 stars but it requires 1
