Color/Shade Difference
The order took three weeks to arrive. When I replied to a follow up email asking about my order, I mentioned that I hadn't received the order yet. They apologized and started a replacement order for it. Of course, two days later, I received the original order. I emailed customer service immediately, and they were able to stop the second order. I ordered Ivory and Buff Beige based on my current Shiseido foundation product. My family said that Buff Beige made me look like a "sickly person from the 1700's." Ha! So I ordered the next color up the line. Will review that separately from this upon receipt and trying it. The consistency of the product seemed thin to me. I used more than a few layers in an attempt to even it out. It didn't really cover up my dark spots and freckles. However, it may be because the color was too light for my coloring.
