Purchased Ross tech cable for VCDS and could not use it until activated. Contacted support Jenny Guo Very slow response. Sent her registration file and she sent me file to register that did not work and still does not work. Cable is useless I got scammed. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.I am tired of installing and uninstalling VCDS loader and VCDS. I uninstalled all programs and cleaned junk files and registry 3 times now. I downloaded all from link you sent. Reinstalled all ran as administrator . Still CANNOT register same 3 errors as I have sent you now for 2 WEEKS.Contacted you last Friday Still not working. NO reply from You Today is March 6. Cannot use this cable refund my money.
