Made a customised Christmas card, previewed the card, requested 10 to be printed costing £23. They sent me 10 digital images, which is 100% not what I asked for nor paid for. The invoice wasn't sent until the images were sent, so I was unable to query it and get a refund. Why would anyone buy 10 of the same digital image? They offered a discount for x amount of cards purchased, this was apparently on the digital images, which makes zero sense. I know what I ordered and this isn't it. Complete scam. Shady shady practise. Do not buy anything from them.
