PurpleLeaf updated me quickly on all questions I had. They reassured me after I recently purchased a fake order of a Pergola. Delivery was a bit haphazard but that was no fault of PurpleLeaf. We care only just putting ours together so cannot comment yet on item itself but looks great so far. Definitely recommend for customer support and speed.
