I wouldn't exactly say my experience has been great, but easy to use, prices are higher than other platforms I use for UPS (Unishippers) and I use your service mostly for USPS shipments. I find that, not due to your doing, but UPS Ground Adv or any service other than USPS Priority Mail is substandard. Customer service is okay, they respond quickly, however not necessarily specifically to the problem I introduced and often takes a back-and-forth conversation to get them to pay attention and solve the problem. Almost never does the problem get solved and I just give up.
