Mission of ethics and morals??? REALLY??????
I find it ironic that the mission of this company revolves around ethics and morals! Couldn't be farther from the truth based on my experience!! I, too, would give this company a 0 rating if I could. I did not realize when I ordered it was in Singapore. But it stated my purchase would be to me in 4-6 weeks. So okay. That was my fault for not looking deeper. However, my Cleo bag never arrived. My bank account was hit with the charge and an additional international service charge on January 10. After many emails back and forth, I was informed that there was no order on my account (although they had my address and I have been receiving emails from the company ever since). I emailed back asking if there was no order associated with my account, why did Leafy Souls deduct charges from my bank account and included a snippit of the line item to Leafy Souls as well as the separate international service fee. Now they won't even respond to my emails!! My advice to all: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!
