Absolutely diabolical !! I ordered a wheel from Moza.com and they sent it to the wrong address ?! The rest of the order was sent to my address but the wheel was sent elsewhere ?! Customer service is appalling and non existent ! PLEASE DO NOT USE !
Customer services are non existent, no replies or any updates. Shipping times are appalling ! Wish I didn't order direct from moza as smaller retailers promise delivery within a couple of days ! Very annoying that I ordered my wheel almost 2 weeks ago now and it's still saying label created. Please sort this mess out moza !!!
