Shipping issues - never arrived within reasonable time.
My parcel has been stuck in Belgium for days, no update on the shipping, which has taken numerous weeks. It will not arrive on time for the dress occasion, and now need to cover the return costs. Very poor service given that they had issues with shipping, and are still having them. The dress is simply stuck in Belgium without movement, for ten days now. No idea why I need to cover the costs for its return. Dress cost 150.
