Very Disappointed
Received 3 tank tops ordered from Leafy Souls. One was fine but the other 2 had very obvious off centre printing (one almost completely to one side of the top). I took photos and asked for replacements and received a response stating that due to a large number of tickets my complaint may take a few extra days to process. I sent another email 2 weeks later asking if the photos were ok or if any extra evidence was required....nothing heard. I went on to send another email attaching order number and complaint number asking to be contacted as I was led to believe that they would prefer to replace these tops as opposed to refund them....again nothing heard 😡 I have been polite and patient but it has been over a month now since the initial complaint and I am greatly disappointed in what appeared to be such a genuine site. I have also noticed that posts on their page that state multiple comments seem to be heavily edited to only show positive ones. Wonder if deleted comments are from disgruntled shoppers 🤔
