Blackview phone and customer service (or lack of service)
How in the name of Ghod has this company got a good score here? Over two thirds of the reviews are bad complaints! And the good reviews are obvious company shills! I have a BV5900 rugged phone from Blackview, ever since I have had it it has never received messages properly, seems to put itself to sleep. I wrote to their customer services for some help in maybe resolving this issue? The silence has been astounding. Not a word from them. Nada. Now I have a phone which I cannot use as it downloads messages and emails when it feels in the mood, even when it first turns on it doesn't check for messages or mails. I have even factory reset the whole thing to no avail. Needless to say I shall not be buying another piece of rubbish from this company. Cubot are a good company if you want a chinese phone, their customer service actually replies to queries. Avoid Blackview at all costs.
