Company finally offered me a full refund
Despite sending the faulty item by ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL TRACKING on 30.12.25 at 13:25 to the address in China (as provided by the seller in an email previously) and giving the correct tracking number from the barcode and the receipt, as requested, this lot decided NOT to accept the parcel their end between the 3rd January 2026 and the 8th January 2026. They told PayPal they had not been given the tracking number (they had three times over and through PayPal) and then decided to declare the tracking barcode as INVALID (it definitely was not!). They alleged this just to avoid refunding me for the faulty earring (the bar on which the sleeper slides was bent). Well, unfortunately for them, I don't give up. I want my £22.00 refunded because the item was not sparkly, it did not light up, it wasn't good quality, and it was faulty. 13.01.2026: I have contacted this company again by email using their third email address, which appears to change by the week, together with the evidence requested. That said, I am not holding my breath for a refund because I have already been led down the garden path with this. 13.01.26: Email from Olivia at Customer Care who has offered me the full refund. Why did I even bother filing it through PayPal in the beginning?
