Don't buy anything from these crooks!
Ordered a large size pullover. They sent a small so I asked them to exchange it for the correct size. They told me I could exchange it for the correct size if I pay an additional $17 plus shipping. Went round and round with them (through PayPal) and they finally agreed to refund the entire purchase if I return the shipment. I returned it per their instructions and when it arrived, they refused the shipment so I'm out another $13. Evidently this is their modus operandi as there are other bad stories like this all over the internet. Oh, and did I mention? The garment is a counterfeit, not a real Carhartt! This Cotosen outfit is a bunch of crooks!
