Colors DO NOT MATCH the picture.BUYER BEWARE!
Update: So, after months of back and fourth I have finally gotten my money back. At first when they finally emailed me back they were short and uncaring saying I needed to finish the books then get back to them. I was so annoyed because it didn’t take a genius to see the books were supposed to be light green, peach and pink. However, they are black, dark brown and a maroon color. Then a few weeks later out of the blue they contact me saying that yes they made a mistake and that the colors indeed did not match and they wanted to make it right, So, they gave me a list of all their colors and wanted me to go through and pick which colors to redo (which means I had to rip out all the work I have already done) and they wanted me to pick new colors. Smh, it is not my job to have to sit there and go through every single color and match it up. However, I did just that and told them the colors that I need replaced and what colors from their list to send for both of my little dragons sleeping on a pile of books. The one I haven’t even started yet was missing colors and had the same problem with just black instead of the correct color which was book page colors. Finally, they said they would check with their distribution and see if they can get the correct colors out to me. I then sent them a picture of the project and said it would be a pain in the ass to rip out the stitches and start over so could they just send me a complete new one with the correct colors. They said no they couldn’t because they don’t have it. Funny it is still up on their website for anyone to purchase. However, I’m done with this company. They did refund me for both the dragon pieces and I’ll never order from them again. They should have corrected the colors and sent me the new correct colored cross stitch pieces. So….buyer beware! Just know they could have done the right thing but instead of fixing the situation they just gave me my money back and wanted me to disappear. Smh so many hours waisted and now I have to go to the craft store and see if I can buy the correct colored thread, rip out the parts that I have spent hours working on and pray that I’m able to fix them. What they should have done is sent me to two book dragon pieces with the corrected thread colors! ************************************* I am so annoyed with my cross stitch project. I ordered 4 designs and now that I was finally able to sit down and start working on it I noticed that the colors are completely wrong! I emailed customer service a few days ago with pictures showing how incorrect the colors were and it has been silence! I absolutely love the little dragon sitting on a stack of books and the colors are pretty straightforward so how could this be so messed up? A pastel green book should have pastel green thread. Easy enough right? Nope….. it is dark brown, black and maroon. The little dragon should have teal spikes along his back…. Easy enough right? Nope…. they provided a dark blue thread and so on and so on! What a waste of money. I’m so upset because I absolutely love this piece. Hoping they respond to my email and offer to make it right.
