Genuinely disappointing
Genuinely disappointing. I have placed two orders with this company since April. The first one I did not pay for express shipping and from the date it shipped out to arrival was 13 days, supposedly. They don't give any tracking updates until it leaves Singapore so I have no idea if it actually shipped out when they told me it did. I emailed them about a week into the wait to ask for an update, and I got a basic form email saying that I needed to bear with them due to Covid-19. Yeah, I get that. I just wanted an update on my over 100$ worth of jewelry that I had no idea the location of. The jewelry was cute enough that the wait was acceptable and I was willing to try them again. I saw a pair of earrings that came back into stock that I had wanted, so I placed another order. This time with express shipping. The order shipped out on May 22, supposedly. It's been 15 days, I have zero updates on my order. It just says "USPS waiting for pick up". I paid for faster shipping to get slower shipping! This is truly unacceptable. I haven't bothered reaching out to try and inquire with them because their last response was extremely generic and just blamed the Covid-19 pandemic. That'll be my last order through them, I'll go through local high-quality companies for my jewelry going forward. Highly recommend BodyArtForms, Diablo Organics, Maria Tash, or Tawapa if you're looking for high-end. :) Edited to add: First, this company deletes any negative comments off their social media. So don't be fooled when you see all the positive comments on their posts, they censor the negative ones. When I inquired about my order again, the company asked me to check with the USPS myself about the whereabouts of my items. Then I received another email a few days later from the company and was informed that a batch of orders shipped out during a 4-day period (which included mine) had made it over to the US but were now "lost" in the USPS system in the US. The email stated to wait until 6/10 for any kind of status update or package arrival and they will reship or refund. The item I ordered is out of stock again, so A&E took my money and held onto it for 3 weeks for me to end up with nothing. I am severely disappointed and will NOT be giving them another shot. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your jewelry needs.
