I love the unique pieces they offer. I got two septum clickers. one was perfect while the other bothered my nose. i was so happy when they provided with me multiple options to address this issue. they also seemed to care about how i was doing and cared about my experience. will definitely be getting more pieces.

Ask & Embla advertises free shipping, but after my order was shipped, DHL demanded additional import taxes and courier fees totaling over 50% of my purchase price.
Neither the checkout page nor the order confirmation mentioned import taxes or any other additional fees.
I have no issue paying legitimate import taxes. The problem is the lack of transparency about additional charges.
When I contacted customer support, they referred me to their FAQ, apparently expecting customers to search for answers to questions they don’t even know they should be asking.
Customers shouldn’t have to dig through FAQs to discover substantial additional costs that were never clearly disclosed during the purchasing process. Very disappointing experience.

As a soft alt girlie, I'm always looking for good quality alternative/ whimsical jewellery. I have very sensitive ears, and most rings leave a green hue on my fingers.
I ordered the Orion Hoop Earrings Set, which I've been wearing EVERY DAY with no irritation or colour fading.
I also got the Synesthesia Ring Set, which I had to exhange for a different size. The Customer Service team was so kind and quick in their response (shoutout to Jay).
The jewellery is on the pricier side, but very worth it imo, the quality is great. Would absolutely recommend!
