Terrible customer service
Please don't fall for their scam. They shipped to the wrong address and are refusing to refund or send a replacement because I "didn't get shipping protection". The right address is shown on the order, but it was delivered to a different address. Keep this in mind before you order! Ask & Embla can make a mistake and you can be out of 150 euro!
