Awesome company
I have been ordering from PNC for over a year now and just ordered my 10th diamond painting, the 4th custom. They sell a great product that there is never an issue with. Their custom diamond paintings are wonderful. As for their customer service, it is the best of any other company I have ever ordered from. Their customer support's response time is within a few hours not days like other companies. I sent in a photo for a custom and someone else had also sent the same photo. Because the one sent in by the other person was of a much better quality than the one I sent in they used that one to create my custom. I had no idea they would do that. This is the only company that I order from, they are awesome. I would definitely recommend Pretty Neat Creative and have on occasion in my Facebook diamond painting group.
