I didn’t like the fact: 1- free shipping inside USA and they are not mentioning that in main page where the at is. 2- they tell you sign in for notifications and get 10% I discovered that on second purchase and not the existing one. 3- two days passed and no tracking information or update if being processed or shipped or anything. It’s over rated but I went through it as don’t have more time before my husband travel. But, buying a bag and personalizing it at any printing shop way cheaper.
