One word to describe the experience

One word to describe the experience: LUXURIOUS. From the order to the customer service to the product itself. My product review is about these two models: Elowen 27 | Lace Linen dress gown ( 2 way to wear ) in light blue and MARY 18 | VINTAGE LINEN DRESS GOWN in green. I'm 1,70m tall, 90,82,102cm so I bought Large for both dresses. They both fit as they should. PROS: 1)With price comes quality! Great linen, both dresses feels very solid and high quality, with many lovely details you almost do not notice until you see them in real life, the dye is well done, the zippers are barely noticeable, so for who is scared by the prices... you will see you paid for good craftmanship and good designs. 2) The amount of products you can choose from is gargantuan. There is something for everybody, simple or frilly, for layering or one and done: dresses, shirts, skirts, long capes, short capes, coats, all in great fabrics (wool or linen, printed or plain, I saw even some velvet???) I lost myself for one hour before managing to pick what I wanted. 3) Mary 18 is the dream of every Victorian lover. If you watched the remake of Nosferatu and craved a dress like the 1800s THIS is the model for you! Covered buttons on the front (which are just a decoration, dress zips on the back) and on the sleeves (they do work, so you can undo a few for a more modern touch), I ADORE the puffy shoulders so much! There is a lighter lace on the bodice and the skirt, it's so cute! 4)Elowen 27 seems out a fairytale with the frilly lace on the sleeves and the skirt! And the strings on the skirt are of good non stretchy material, and do not let the dress slip down once you reached the desired height. Beautiful! 5)The pictures are from the actual products you are going to get. When you buy online this is not alwats guaranteed. 6)They run sales very often! 7) Free shipping, that's great! 8) The freebies offered after a certain limit are pretty nice, I got the roses pin and they feel solid I could wear them on the dresses. Not sure if I have the guts to get any needle (even a small one) piercing my expensive dresses, but I appreciate the idea. I may wear my rose pin with a less expensive dress. 9)The dresses are unlined but I prefer it because I tend to overheat easily and I am planning to wear leggings or biker shorts underneath anyway so for me it's a pro. The dresses do not look see through to me. 10) Both dresses have pockets, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could put my credit card or a flat wallet and my phone and just go outside. 11) The dresses can go in the washing machine (until you don't use too hot water or too high speeds for the tumble drying programs) and technically do not require to be ironed. I said 'technically' because I went too wild with the first wash but the customer service reassured me. 12)The customer service is an absolute dream. I'm not sure if it's always the same person, but every single time I reached out, either to ask about how to care for the dresses or how long I had to wait for the shipping they always reached out to me in a matter of a couple days. Every time, even when they were supposed to be on holidays. Even when I had a problem at checkout because my card didn't work they were so nice to modify the order manually for me. This is the care you expect from an artisan or an Etsy seller, there is a soul and a heart in this brand and the customer care shows it. CONS: 1)Do not buy expecting less than two weeks before it gets shipped. This is not an Aliexpress reseller or Amazon. They operate like a small business or an Etsy seller, so they may not have your size or the model ready to ship. I did buy during one of their sales in January but between January and February they were closed for holidays and they didn't have enough tailors to work on the dresses, and I didn't pay for express shipping so I expected that I would have to wait 2 weeks to 1 month. The customer service still asked me if I wanted to cancel the order, but I was willing to wait. 2)I am having some problems with the zippers, especially with the Mary 18 which needs to be zipped on the back (Elowen is zipped under the armpit) because they tend to get stuck. I really hope it's just because the dresses are new and that the problem will go away as I am using them, because I'd be mortified to pull too hard one day and rip the fabric because I'm not the most patient person in the world. 3)I may have to wear heels for the Elowen (Mary fits me perfectly without making me trip) because if I don't use the strings the lace border is a bit too close to make me trip and I don't want to ruin it. Also the top border feels a bit loose, but I did see some models wear them with exposed shoulders, in that case it makes sense that the elastic on the neckline is not too tight. If I bow down my chest doesn't get exposed. Moral of the story I highly recommend this brand! They also sell on Etsy, but sales are better on the website
