Excellent booking and communication…
Excellent booking and communication with China Highlights made booking our train travel a breeze. Getting seats on the fastest trains is a very competitive process, with 1st class seats selling out within hours of being released. One train booked fine, but on the second, the seats weren’t available when Chine Highlights went to book. The communication with Trent was excellent, we agreed an alternative from the options he offered and it was swiftly booked.
