We ordered 20X25X5
We ordered 20X25X5. The box stated on the outside. When we needed a filter some time later we opened the box only to find they had packaged the wrong size. Outside of their 90 day return policy so we are stuck with $174.00 worth of filters. Will never buy from this company again Very poor customer service
