At first I was honestly upset. My cosplay (Bolin from TLOK) I spent a lot of money on came in the wrong colour at first. I was so worried I wouldn’t have enough time to get a backup ready for the con! I reached out to support and they helped me by replacing the cosplay and delivering it express to me, and good news I’ve received it before the con AND it’s perfect!
