Buying games via steam is terrible
My last 3 purchases via steam using iDEAL(Wero) went terrible. There was about a month inbetween each purchase and all of them had trouble. For the first one it told me to wait, they needed to check or something, it took almost 24 hrs to finally get the product. The second one gave an error, saying i should try again but the money was already gone from my account but eventually got it 24hrs later again. Today, my last/third purchase gave a (try again) error aswell. I did not get any points, but luckily this time the game was actually in my library dispite the error. Steam really needs to adress and fix this, its been litteral MONTHS. Also contacting them is near impossible, AI chat > AI chat > standard email > AI chat > and then, maybe, you finally get to talk to an actual human. Rather pay extra and buy via a marketplace nowadays, works a lot smoother.
