Lengthly issues for refund, but sorted and good customer service.
I purchased Sandals in January for $54. I felt like it was an ethical company, naturally sourced products. However the Size 8 sandals were 3 sizes too small for my wife. I returned them to an address they gave me for Germany and it has taken until May to sort. However Toleim has been great and dealt with me really well. Has offered a full credit note that I will use to get my wife something for her birthday.
