They really have gone downhill
Been ordering from Marley spoon for about a year or more. The quality of the food, and the recipes have been really good, compared to similar companies. At first they were getting it right. The delivery day, the condition of ingredients, ALL of the Ingredients. Those elements have degraded over time. The delivery company they use must toss those boxes around because there’s always something that is broken inside or squished. And over the last few months, we’ve been lucky if it’s even delivered on the scheduled day. When we contacted customer service about these issues, they say sorry we will try and make it better here’s a discount, but that does not fix the frustration of not having the meals right
