Chinese scammer posing as a UK company. I ordered a Jedi costume and even paid extra for fast delivery. Never saw the costume, nor my money back. COSHD UK blamed the delivery service for losing the parcel and offered to return 60% of the money IF I delete my review and keep quiet. That may work in China, mate, but here we have something called freedom of speech. You should try it. For reference: ORDER #HK38069
COSHD UK scammed and threatened me. I paid for a costume in September. Order #HK38069. Never arrived. No refund as well. Instead they keep sending me emails (the most recent yesterday), threatening and asking me not to write any negative reviews. Signed "Yulia". I reported COSHD UK to the police. The National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB) confirmed this is a known scamming group and they already were under investigation, because a lot of people complained for not being refunded. UPDATE: the reply is a lie. They never provided any proof of signing and on 04 January 2024 Coshd.co.uk asked me again to delete my review on Trustpilot if I want a refund, which is illegal: "If you are willing to delete the comment, I can apply for a refund of £70.62 for you, but since the shipment has already been made, the freight part cannot be refunded." I ordered a Star wars costume of £90 (circa $115). Order number #HK38069. I never received the costume nor any refund. COSHD blackmailed me to delete my review: "if you do not delete the comment, we will not be able to apply for compensation." (Signed Yulia). I complained to the Trading Standards who asked me to inform the Police's Action Fraud as well. COSHD is Chinese but is using an UK website address and the British police always takes down scamming websites. If COSHD ever refund me, I'll fairly update this review of course. Low chances though.
I ordered a Halloween suit and paid £20 extra to ensure in arrives on time. I never received the suit and COSHD UK sent me to talk to Yodel, the carrier. UPDATE: Yodel admitted they lost the parcel and sent me back to COSHD UK for refund. COSHD UK once more sent me back to Yodel and asked me to be patient until an "official investigation" would be completed. Yodel knew nothing about any additional investigation. In the meantime COSHD asked me to delete this Trustpilot review, before any refund being issued. I told them the review would be updated when (and if) a refund is issued, not before. Citizens Advice forwarded my complaint to the Office of Trading Standards and also advised me to complain to the Police - Action Fraud as well, because COSHD may be Chinese, but is using an UK website address, which can be suspended.
