Their service has been next to flawless for us. We use OnSip in about a dozen locations and it's always been outstanding. Their prices are on the lower side and definitely less than the big players like RingCentral. What separates them from the crowded market of voice over IP providers is their North American base support. It's absolutely outstanding!
