Crooks. We originally agreed to use Multiplier for an EOR and then after some deliberation, decided it wasn't the right platform for us. I communicated this to them BEFORE we ever did any onboarding. Other than 2 phone calls from one of their sales team, they delivered absolutely nothing and didn't have to allocate a single resource to us. Instead of doing the right thing and allowing us out of our contract (since they did literally nothing) they demanded payment and ultimately sent us to collections. We ultimately settled for a fraction of the amount they were attempting to collect. I own a business, I fully understand why contracts are in place. But there's also a place to act with a degree of ethics and morality. It would be one thing if they actually deployed resources to my account and then I decided to break the agreement. That wasn't the case here and they still tried to hold me responsible for something that was over before it ever even started. Unethical crooks.
