The incompetence is astounding.
I had an error in my ordering process and sent an email to get some assistance. After a few days I received an email saying "Cassie, we can be trusted. No fraud here." Basically. Which was weird, as my name isn't Cassie, my legal name is even in the signature of my email, doesn't even share the same letters. I replied, saying that my questions were not of the companies legitimacy but about an error in ordering, and my name is not Cassie. I received another email re-reassuring me they were legit, and calling me Cassie, and being slammed with tons of discount codes telling me to order now, it was red flags everywhere. So I googled them and found they appear to be scammers. So, thank you everyone. I'm glad I found this and their support staff was so incompetent it made me question them instead of helping me.
