Wonderful customer service from Sam who went out of their way to help me when I couldn’t attend a show. Went beyond the normal ‘computer says no’ attitude of customer service at other companies. I love how you can buy insurance for tickets and see the view from the seats as you book. Will be using again for all our theatre needs :)
