None mat delivered - Mat replaced!
My mat wasn't delivered in my mail box as it should have : the Cie COZIYA was very comprehensive and after few mails explaining the problem : no "notice of passage", nothing for days..., they send me another one. Their SAV / after sales service is amazing and trustfull!
