Ordered two grid style posters for a funeral made up of memories of a loved one. Contacted customer service as I could see that on the due delivery date these were still on production line. Explained to customer service ( which was an actual person not AI as other suggest) the situation and the urgency of this order. The heartfelt messages and the lengths the team went to, to get these posters out and delivered as a priority the next day was outstanding. Kindness goes a long way. This team showed so much kindness and compassion - I'm truly grateful. Posters were excellent quality, all 105 photos were clear. Thank you so much!
