Order cancelled by SKIMS’ “risk system” despite being a legitimate purchase — with funds initially held and zero clear explanation provided. Customer support was generic and unhelpful, simply advising me to reorder (which I won’t be doing). No accountability, no transparency, and no effort to resolve what is clearly a false fraud flag. If your systems can’t distinguish between genuine customers and risk, that’s not “security” — it’s poor process and a frustrating customer experience. Lost confidence in the brand and won’t be purchasing again.
