An utterly crooked company!!
If you deal with them chances are you get piss poor customer service & care from them for goods never delivered!!
for over a month now they have been refusing to answer questions to what they should be doing! They make claims printers for uk customers they list as IN STOCK come from the same place as filament etc.. at the moment i ordered it was listed as IN STOCK but they never had it and spent over 3 weels lying about this
So i opened a klarna case 21 days ago & rught until thursday they continued to ignore it being and kept spewing the same email response as shown..
"our records confirm that you have already filed a dispute through Klarna. As a result, we are currently unable to issue a refund. Any refund we attempt to send will fail due to the ongoing dispute with Klarna.
Therefore, we kindly request that you cancel the dispute with Klarna"
they are utter crooks & will take advantage of even the vunerable into manipulation of closing cases to THEN & ONLY THEN claim give refunds 😡😡😡
and the moment klarna protect you & insure it stays open until they do they then revert back to claims of not being able to refund you forcing you to wait EVEN LONGER !! they DESERVE being reported due to their buisness practices and care alone but the refusal of refunding & simply just accepting to refund customers who pay via klarna.
klarna as of this week are reporting them ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Continue of worst comoany to deal with
Per previous review left here they are without a doubt the WORST COMPANY FOR PRINTERS WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE in UK! They STILL refuse to outknowledge & admit the ordered printer was infact out of stock & been caught in their web of lies for it!
they have continued for 2 weeks now spewing the same crap excuses of operations, logistics, warehouse teams you name it investigating while ive demanded multiple times to cancel the order (while klarna dispute been opened for non delivery of it where they so far havent responded)
If you want your hard earned ££ going to a company its NOT this one thats for sure! bambu infact delivered without any issues one to ke within 3 days!

dodgy as hell with late promises of shipping printers
dodgy as hell with shipping for printers from uk warehouse regardless of saying would be within 10 working days!!.. will send filament out quick sure no problem but printers.. nah you'll get a tracking number (but you find that its not even been shipped & that comes direct from courier too as they havent arranged collection from SAME warehouse as filament!)
countless emails sent yet they wont answer straight forward questions via store@ creality.com.. they try to pass responsbility onto seel its as if some if their 'staff' dont have a clue and you get different mixed answers.. you get half arse replies thrpugh their service portal
Been told & quote the email is what is said below after going through direct pirtal on account..

Still absolutely poor customer service!! still no update & yodel (you will not on this they croo up as huxloe) have infact said directly to me when creality are THEIR CUSTOMER the printer hasn't been collected from the given warehouse in manchester... as customers anyone knows its the company's responsibility to send and fix issues and they dont ⚠️👎👎
If you are in the uk DONT BOTHER dealing with creality as every review on here uk customers are treated poor.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS & CARE FOR YOURSELVES

Poor customer service all round & ignore emails
Further to previous reviews.. I had infact needed to send back goods because they did NOT make the suit to my measurements.. they are very dodgy 🔺️🔺️🔺️ phone number does not work and they may operate as simcosplay but their known as well perfect pay on paypal..
also to be cautious they DONT provide a full correct order form IE with contact details etc just a mere piece of paper with words stating what was ordered with an image.. so paypal case was opened where I provided everything correctly
still to this date they don't apolgise to customers at all & its left me very angry at them to take money which i now have to wait to get back from paypal for another week (they have made zero attempts to respond to open paypal case) because while the return sits in china customs they know fully well they as a company may have fees to pay & the return address given they would be contact there to pay it since they don't have a working phone number
AVOID if looming for tailored suits and they make them wrong!!!
