Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I bought an induction hob from this company. Initially the hob worked very well and I was pleased that I bought it. However the 1st time I used it on the highest power setting it developed 2 cracks on the flimsy plastic below the induction plate. I can only assume this has been poorly designed and the heat caused it to crack. I contacted customer services many times, initially I was ignored, but eventually they responded. I sent videos and pictures as they requested. They agreed to replace the hob. On 22 May 26 they said the replacement would be sent immediately. Four weeks later I still haven't received it and they do not answer emails. A very poor company that should be avoided.
