I have been trying to return the hearing aids which did not work for me for months. No one answers the phone number supplied and emails are answered without giving return information. Finally received return instructions but costly to send to Canada via USPS. Was offered a partial refund but will not send a check. Due to the non existent customer service I do not trust giving them my banking information which was requested. I would never recommend working with this company and Im considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
