An absolute joke
I’m absolutely disgusted by the customer support. Don’t buy from them. They claimed to have repaired my machine but didn’t even touch it. They returned my parcel as I sent it. Buy Eufy if you actually want a good robot with good customer service. DO NOT BUY ROBOROCK. It’s a shambles of a company. The same opinion is echoed amongst the majority of reviews.
